Terms & conditions
Last updated 1 July 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern participation in a clinical trial — that is covered by the informed consent documents for each study.
On this page
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and JustClinicals Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 09884412.
2. This site is not medical advice
Everything on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional about your own circumstances.
Nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation that you take part in a clinical trial, stop or change any prescribed medication, or delay seeking medical attention. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your doctor or emergency services.
Registering interest in a study through this website does not enrol you in that study and does not constitute informed consent. Consent is a separate process conducted in person with a qualified investigator.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through any form on this site
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Introduce malicious code, or conduct any automated scraping, denial-of-service or vulnerability scanning without our written permission
- Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit site content except as permitted below
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, code and design — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photography is licensed from third-party providers and may not be extracted or reused.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our prior written consent.
5. Third-party links
This site links to external websites we do not control, including regulators, professional bodies and social media platforms. Those links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any external site.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Performance figures are drawn from our own systems and refreshed periodically; they describe past performance and are not a guarantee of future results.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be suspended, withdrawn or altered at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of this site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you access the site from the United States, local consumer protection law may also apply to you.
