Integrated research organisation

Where evidence becomes medicine

We run phase II–IV clinical trials across nine owned research sites, under one quality system, one set of standards, one accountable team.

Participant-first by design

Care that outlasts the protocol

Every volunteer is seen by a named investigator, given unhurried time, and supported long after the final study visit is signed off.

Recruitment that holds

Sites that deliver on the plan

Median 11 days from site activation to first participant screened, with a 92% retention rate across our last forty completed studies.

Who we are

One network.
Nine sites.
A single standard.

JustClinicals is an integrated research organisation. We own and centrally manage our investigator sites rather than brokering them, which means sponsors get one contract, one quality system, and one team accountable for delivery from feasibility through to database lock.

Our investigators are practising clinicians. Our coordinators are retained, not rotated. And our participants are treated as collaborators in the research rather than a recruitment number — because that is, in the end, what determines whether a study finishes on time and with data anyone can trust.

We work with global pharmaceutical companies, biotechs and CROs across ten therapeutic areas, running phase II to phase IV interventional studies alongside observational and registry work.

Three ways into the work

Taking part as a participant

Care sits at the centre of how we run studies. You will be given time to ask questions, a named contact for the whole trial, and complete freedom to withdraw at any point without affecting your usual NHS or physician care.

Understanding clinical trials

A clinical trial is a carefully designed study that answers a specific question about an investigational treatment — whether it works, how safely, and for whom. Every trial follows a protocol reviewed by an independent ethics committee before a single participant is seen.

Finding a study for your condition

Current therapies do not work well for everyone. If you live with moderate or severe symptoms in one of our therapeutic areas, we would like to hear from you — registering takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.

Fewer moving parts between you and the data

Multi-site studies fail on coordination far more often than they fail on science. Our model removes the seams.

  • One master clinical trial agreement covering every site in the network
  • Shared eSource, eISF and CTMS — no reconciling nine different systems
  • Standardised SOPs, training records and delegation logs across all locations
  • Central feasibility with real recruitment data, not optimistic estimates
  • A named study director accountable for the whole programme
  • Regulatory-grade documentation ready for MHRA and FDA inspection at any time

Figures are refreshed quarterly and drawn from our own CTMS. We are happy to walk sponsors through the underlying data during feasibility — including the studies that did not go to plan.

Our commitment

Beyond the protocol

Research only works if communities trust it and the next generation of investigators is trained to run it properly.

Community health outreach event

Community engagement

We run open evenings, school science sessions and faith-group briefings in every city where we operate. Under-representation in clinical research is not a mystery — it is a consequence of never being asked. We are trying to fix our part of that.

Apprenticeships & attachments

Twelve-month paid apprenticeships for people entering clinical research without a traditional route in, plus shorter observational attachments for medical students and allied health professionals.

Thinking about taking part in a study?

Volunteers learn more about their own condition, gain early access to investigational treatments, and move medicine forward for everyone who comes next. Every visit is supervised by a qualified investigator, and you can withdraw at any point.
