Network headquarters & flagship site
Our largest site and the GMC-approved training location for the Pharmaceutical Medicine Specialty Training programme. Full on-site laboratory, −80°C sample storage, and a dedicated overnight unit for intensive PK sampling.

Sited deliberately within one of the most demographically diverse constituencies in the UK. Multilingual coordinators and community liaison staff support recruitment in twelve languages.

Respiratory specialist unit
Opened July 2026. Full pulmonary function suite including body plethysmography, methacholine challenge, FeNO and induced sputum, with overnight observation capacity for early-phase respiratory work.

Coordinates all US operations and holds the central IRB relationship for the American sites. Adjacent to two academic medical centres, with established referral pathways into both.

Metabolic & endocrine focus
Deep experience in type 2 diabetes and obesity studies, with on-site DXA, continuous glucose monitoring capability and a large pre-consented registry in metabolic indications.
Our four satellite locations run smaller assessment-only footprints, feeding into the nearest principal site for procedures requiring extended observation or specialist equipment. They exist to shorten travel for participants, not to spread the network thin.
Each satellite operates under the same SOPs, uses the same eSource structure, and is staffed by coordinators employed by the network rather than contracted locally.
Volunteers learn more about their own condition, gain early access to investigational treatments, and move medicine forward for everyone who comes next. Every visit is supervised by a qualified investigator, and you can withdraw at any point.
